  • Evaluate your sleep system. It is important to have a mattress and pillow that provide comfort and support.
  • Keep work materials out. Your bedroom is for sleep. Keep stressors, such as work, out.
  • Banish technology. Keep television, smartphones, tablets, laptops and computers out of the bedroom.
  • Exercise early. Do your workouts at least two hours before bedtime.
